Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes the data flows currently visible in the DeepVention Labs WordPress website and its contact and analytics implementation.
Implementation audit date: September 24, 2026
What this policy covers
DeepVention Labs operates this website and the public pages available through it. The current shared footer displays South Richmond Ave, Tulsa, OK 74135. This policy covers information submitted through the website contact flow, information generated when visitors use the site, and the external services that the current implementation loads.
Information the current site collects
Information you submit through the contact form
The contact form asks for your name, work email, country, estimated budget, and an explanation of what you are building. If you choose “Other” for country, it also accepts the country name you enter. The form sends these fields to the site’s WordPress contact handler.
Information generated by site use
The shared site head currently loads a Google tag and Simple Analytics. The repository also contains an optional Mixpanel integration. When its token is configured, the Mixpanel client can record page views, navigation and call-to-action clicks, contact-form events, article reading depth, and service-section views. Its event payload includes page path, page title, page type, site area, and a limited set of campaign parameters when those parameters are present.
The exact information retained by each external analytics provider depends on its service configuration and current documentation. This policy does not infer provider-specific retention periods or data categories that are not verified in the site implementation.
How the current implementation uses information
- Contact details and project information are used to receive and respond to a project inquiry.
- Contact-form submissions are saved as private WordPress contact-inquiry records.
- The site attempts to notify the WordPress administration email address by email. The submitted work email is used as the reply-to address.
- Analytics events are used to understand page use, navigation, content engagement, and contact-flow activity.
Storage, delivery, and retention
The current contact handler stores the submitted form values in a private WordPress record and attempts to send the inquiry to the configured WordPress administration email address. The repository audit did not identify a fixed retention period for contact inquiries, email delivery, or analytics data. This policy does not state a fixed retention schedule where the current implementation does not establish one.
Cookies, local storage, and privacy signals
The current implementation does not add a new consent banner or change the existing analytics behavior for this page. The Google tag and Simple Analytics scripts are emitted by the shared site head. When Mixpanel is enabled, its client is configured to use local storage and checks the browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals before loading and tracking. This implementation detail is not a legal conclusion and does not establish that any consent or opt-out requirement has been met.
Service providers and external links
The current implementation loads analytics code from Google, Simple Analytics, and, when configured, Mixpanel. The contact flow uses WordPress storage and the WordPress mail system. The website also contains links to third-party services and profiles. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. This page does not claim that DeepVention Labs controls those services or their data practices.
Privacy rights and requests
Depending on your location, eligibility, and the law that applies, you may have rights relating to personal information or personal data. Official U.S. materials commonly describe rights such as access or knowledge, deletion, correction, portability, opting out of sale or sharing or targeted advertising, limiting certain sensitive-information uses, and non-discrimination.
For privacy requests, email contact@deepvention.com. The current implementation does not specify verification steps or a separate rights-request workflow beyond this contact channel.
